Preparation

• Heat margarine over medium heat.​

• Add garlic, curry leaves, and chili; sauté until fragrant.​

• Reduce heat, add the Golden Salted Egg Powder, and stir for about 30 seconds.​

• Add your choice of protein (e.g., shrimp) and mix evenly. ​
