Descriptions:  A powdered chicken stock designed to enhance the flavor of various dishes, offering a rich, savory taste and versatility for soups, stews, stir-fries, and marinades.

Ingredients: The stock powder contains ingredients like salt, monosodium glutamate (E621), disodium 5'-guanylate (E627), disodium 5'-inosinate (E631), corn starch, sugar, flavorings, chicken fat, chicken powder, spices, maltodextrin, acidity regulator (E330), and anticaking agent (E551). 

Preparation: 

• For Stock: Dissolve 20g (1 1/4 tablespoons) of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder into 1 liter of boiling water. 
• For Stir Fry: Add 50g (3 1/4 tablespoons) of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder to 1kg of stir-fry dish. 
• For Marinade: Use 40g (2 1/2 tablespoons) of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder to marinate 1kg of meat. 

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
