Desciptions: There will be no more soggy fried chicken but a longer-lasting crispiness

Ingredients: Wheat flour(contains gluten), modified starch, salt, flavour enhancers （monosodium glutamate, disodium 5-ribonucleotide),sugar, hydrolysed vegetable protein (contains soybean), flavouring substances, spices, stabiliser (sodium bicarbonate, guar gum), riboflavin.

Packaging: Per Packets ( 3 x 2kg )

Container: Per Cartons 

Preparation: 

1. Mix 200g daebak korean fried chicken batter mix with 260 water. Stir well until smooth.
2. Pre heat deep fryer oil to 175'C. Fry chickem several pieces at a time for 7-8minutes.
3. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Storage: Keep the package tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.
